Hey my loves! My name is Izabelle and I’m the face behind Lashes by IV. Thank you for trusting me with your beauty needs, I’m so excited to have you in my chair! Please take a moment to review the following policies to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience. Booking & Deposits: • A $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total service. • No deposit = No appointment • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled with proper notice. Payment Method: • Cash only is accepted for the remainder of your balance. Late Policy: • 10 minutes late = $5 fee • 15 minutes late = $10 fee • 20 minutes late = appointment will be canceled Please be respectful of my time and other clients, as I’m typically booked back-to-back. No-Show Policy: • No-shows will be banned from future bookings. • I understand life happens — if something comes up, please communicate with me in advance. I’m happy to accommodate when possible. Before Your Appointment: • Come with clean lashes – no makeup, mascara, or strip lash residue • Use the restroom beforehand • Dress comfortably • Avoid caffeine to help keep your eyes relaxed • No extra guests allowed • If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule • Arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service Please Note: • We are a home-based studio, so keep this in mind when arriving. • No smoking or vaping in or around the lash area — thank you for respecting my space.
